One model I needed was not even on the website and they added it after I inquired as I was looking to expand an existing system. Shipping was prompt as well. To anyone needing pond supplies, pumps, filters, chemicals. Canada Outdoor Supply has helped us manage an artificial 200’ stream and 80’ x 35’ x 6’ pond, with our fish health too!
